Dear QFieldCloud BETA user, We are very excited to announce that we are ready to say goodbye to the beta status of QFieldCloud! On 22.02.2023 we will release QFieldCloud for general availability and the published terms of service will become active. For reference here are the archived BETA terms of service.

We started work on QFieldCloud in 2020, and after innumerable hours of development, testing, discussing and challenging decisions - one year later, we released the first sources under the MIT license. In April 2022 we released QFieldCloud Beta and thanks to your and 40K other early adopters we were able to identify and fix plenty of issues and implement new features. We now have reached a point where we feel confident to leave the Beta world behind and focus on running the best possible service for you.

Now it's time to say Thank You!

Without your effort in testing QFieldCloud and your honest feedback, we would not be where we are today. We are incredibly thankful for all the feedback we received from you. To thank you for this, we decided to offer everyone switching to a paid plan before the 22.02.2023 a whopping 40% discount for a full year!

How does the transition work?

To be eligible for the SuperEarlyBee offer, you simply need to go to the billing page in your profile, upgrade to a paid plan and add your payment method. Everything will be then automatically activated and your first invoice will be issued on 22.02.2023. As soon as you put down your payment details, you will immediately enjoy the benefits of your new plan.

What if I do not register for a paid plan?

If you decide not to register for a paid plan yet, on 22.02.2023 we will switch your account to a free community account. All private collaborators will be removed from your projects, the available versions will be reduced and the data quotas will be enforced. If you are over any quotas, your account will be suspended until you reduce the used space to below the Community plan quotas.

What if I do not register for a paid plan for my organisations?

If you decide not to register for a paid plan for your organisation yet, on 22.02.2023 we will suspend your organisation. This can be unsuspended at any time if you decide to register for an organisation plan.
